A to B Moving Ma was founded in 2009 by Marion Cooper with a clear mission—to make moving easier and to become the top choice for relocations in the Cambridge, MA.

Key Milestones

2009–2015: Launch and Growth
By 2012, A to B Moving Ma had expanded to two trucks and a small team. In 2015, the company began its first long-distance moves. Orders grew through word-of-mouth. Suburban areas were added, along with flexible packing and full insurance coverage, which became standard.
2016–2019: New Directions
In 2016, the company added packing and storage services. By 2018, it opened its first location outside Cambridge, MA, expanding into office and commercial relocations. All equipment and items were moved with insurance and on schedule.
2020–2021: Pandemic and Restructuring
In 2020, demand temporarily declined. The company introduced online estimates, sanitation, and contactless services. In 2021, orders surged as more people moved out of cities. A to B Moving Ma strengthened its logistics and grew its vehicle fleet.
2022–2023: Automation and Specialization
In 2022, A to B Moving Ma launched dedicated programs for seniors, students, and veterans, and added climate-controlled storage. In 2023, the company launched an online booking system and “white glove moving” for valuables such as pianos, antiques, and furniture.
2024: Consolidation
By 2024, A to B Moving Ma served the entire region. The customer base was built on repeat business and referrals. The team specialized in residential, office, and commercial moves with full insurance and strict deadlines.
